Aaron is a Coon Rapids, MN native and a graduate of Concordia University with an emphasis in Organizational Management and Communications. Immediately following his graduation from high school, Aaron served in the United States Air Force for 11 years as a Security Forces Specialist as well as a production recruiter. Most recently, Aaron was employed as an Ambulatory Clinic Manager at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, MN, where he managed the Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Interventional Pain and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation service lines. Looking for a new challenge within the healthcare industry, Aaron elected to pursue an opportunity with National Medical Resources as a locums recruiter. Knowing firsthand the challenges of bringing highly qualified medical professionals to rural communities as well as the challenges healthcare facilities face when critical staffing needs arise, Aaron felt strongly that he could be a resource to the communities and healthcare facilities throughout MN and WI.
When not working, Aaron likes to spend time with his wife, their children and two dogs. Aaron also enjoys hunting and fishing as well as coaching youth sports in the Duluth/Superior area.
